Before and after

On Tuesday I took this drone photo as part of my aerial gallery of Pickwick Lake. It’s worth seeing again, because those flats and shell beds are under water now.

The before view gives you an idea of the areas at midlake where a number of the anglers are focusing on prespawners moving up from the river channel. Many of the areas have narrow ditches that are ideal migration highways into the spawning flats.
