Bill Lowen has a reputation for being a grinder. The Elite Series Pro is off to a slow start this morning. He’s back in an area where he saw big fish yesterday and even lost a couple of big bites late in the day. So far today, Lowen has caught a non-keeper and had a nice fish, he called it a four-pounder, pull off as he set the hook.
The Xpress Yamaha Pro says he’s only going to commit to this area for a little longer and then he’s headed to the river for possibly the rest of the day.
