Hunter Shryock is coming off his best finish of the season – 14th place at the St. Lawrence River. It moved him up five places in the Toyota Angler of the Year standings to 32nd, well within the Bassmaster Classic cutoff of 42nd.
Shryock is making another strong move today. He’s got a limit of four-pounders in the boat, essentially. He started the day in 48th place after weighing 15-7 yesterday. But a 20-pound bag should put him in the top 35 cut.
