Frank Talley, fresh off his first Bassmaster Elite Series win at Lake Guntersville last week, is looking to make Championship Sunday.
Talley admits the bite has been slow this morning. “The first day it was a morning bite for me. Yesterday, it was an afternoon bite. Today, it’s just been slow. I finally picked up a big worm and started flipping,” added Talley.
He’s got three “little ones” in the boat and he’s set the hook on two non-keepers since we’ve stopped here. Talley knows he’s going to have to upgrade his catch if he’s going to fish on the final day for the second consecutive week.
