In every sporting event, there are thrilling seconds and agonizing moments.
Lee Livesay is obviously tasting or at least smelling the thrill of victory. Chris Zaldain just thoroughly tasted the agony that sometimes leads to defeat.
After hooking up with what appeared to be a 6- or 7-pounder, Zaldain’s line broke.
You can be fun fishing and have that ruin your week. It certainly hurt Zaldain’s feelings. But he’s in a place where he can still make it up.
Unfortunately, he needs to hook up and keep hooked three, possibly four to catch up.
If he doesn’t, it’s likely he will carry that moment with him for a long time.
