Randy Howell is nowhere near the marker buoy he threw out this morning. The lack of boats where there was a crowd the previous two days has put Howell on the move. Where he is now, he would have been surrounded the first two days.
The area isn’t completely bereft of Elite Series anglers. We can see Steve Kennedy, Timmy Horton, Ott DeFoe and Pete Ponds — but they are all north of Howell.
