Eufaula, Ala. – There’s a new statue in Eufaula honoring one of its local heroes, and B.A.S.S. founder Ray Scott made sure he was present at its unveiling. Tom Mann, a B.A.S.S. legend and entrepeneur, was the inspiration of the name of the new statue. Mann fished in seven Bassmaster Classics and started Mann’s Bait Company in Eufaula in 1958.
Along with the statue, a plaque was erected honoring Mann’s accomplishments. Read more about the unveiling here.
