Matt Arey has filled his limit and has a full house in his Ranger livewells. The Elite Series Pro caught his fifth keeper on a topwater presentation that has begun to render a pattern for the Toyota Lews Pro.
“Please don’t come off,” Arey instructed the fish as he worked him to the boat. Arey weighed the bass which came in at 2-12 and the Tarheel state angler completed his limit ahead of yesterday and now the process of upgrading begins.
Arey knows a big sack of fish today means two things, an opportunity to fish on Championship Monday and his wife and girls will be here to see him. Still some work to do but Arey is on the right track so far.
