Paul Mueller started Day 3 with the kicker that is so desirable at Santee Cooper. Big bass are truly difference makers in the fall and it shows on the leaderboard. Mueller found himself in 58th with 10 pounds even on Day 1 of this event. He made a surge into the cut yesterday as he weighed 16-1. Mueller made the weekend and started in 29th. His first bite of Saturday’s competition day was a 5+ pounder.
