Pflueger Supreme/Fenwick HMG Combo

What sets it apart?

Pflueger and Fenwick have teamed up yet again to bring another high-quality spinning combo to the market that will suit beginner and seasoned anglers alike. The HMG rods feature carbon bound blanks, stainless-steel frame Fuji guides and a Sea-Guide soft-touch Alien reel seat. The reels are packing a 9 bearing, super light magnesium body and rotor, with a stainless-steel drag system and aluminum soft-touch knob. The one-piece HMG rods are rated for between 1/8- and 3/4-ounce baits and offer a hook keeper right in front of the reel for easy access and less tangles.

How do I use it?

The Pflueger and Fenwick combo is available in three rod lengths – a 6-foot, 6-inch Medium, a 6-foot, 9-inch Medium Light, and a 7-foot Medium. Fenwick is covering the major length/actions in three spinning combos and each one features the tournament tested 6.2:1 ratio, size 30 Pflueger Supreme reel. The corrosion-resistant Pflueger Supreme is a lightweight, comfortable reel that will last through the tournament abuse.
