The Bassmaster LIVE viewing schedule returns sooner than expected as a special episode of Zona LIVE presented by Trokar airs Thursday, May 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET.
Mark Zona, host of Zona’s Awesome Fishing Show and co-host of Bassmaster will be in his home state of Michigan. As fans have witnessed in past years, Michigan is special place in the bass fishing world, especially in May. The largemouth and smallmouth are all headed shallow, and it can be a magical and fun viewing experience.
With the Bassmaster Elite Series revised schedule announced and anglers preparing for the June 10 kickoff date at Lake Eufaula, Mark Zona will embark on a three-hour solo LIVE show. Fans can pick the brain of the longtime TV host while he provides plenty of fishing entertainment and insight.
“There are multiple lakes in the running for Thursday’s LIVE show,” Zona said. “It could consist of all largemouth, all smallmouth or a lake that has a great mix of both. One thing we will be sure of is safety. Adhering to guidelines and safe fishing practices is something that is important as we start tournaments and create a new normal.”
Although Zona will fish solo, fans will get their questions and comments answered as Ronnie Moore will facilitate those from the Bassmaster Studios in Little Rock, Ark.
“Fans, who join in on the fun, will see what Michigan has to offer,” Zona said. “It’s certainly one of the holy stomping grounds of bass fishing.”
