Helping the kids, Steve engineered a net on the dining room table with stuff from around the house — tulle (netting) from a wedding shower, clamps, fishing line and duct tape. Tennis balls were added for safety.

I read on a community Facebook page that the neighborhoods were putting bears in windows for the kids “Going on a Bear Hunt.” The idea is kids going on walks would “hunt” for bears in windows. Because it’s Auburn, I used a tiger. Steve built this swing for my Aubie to sit in the window.
